Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, no automated abuse of the re-scan or removal features, and no use of our content to harass others. The free wcagcheckr extension is governed by its own terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accessibility Watch is not liable for any damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its reports. Reports are automated findings, not legal advice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Midland County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
